Legal note and privacy policy

1. Data protection

Vespra.es has adopted the security measures and security levels for data protection required by Organic Law 15/1999, 13th December, on Personal Data Protection and by Law 34/2002, 11th June, on Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services and their applicable regulations. The personal data obtained by vespra.es shall be automatically processed and incorporated into a file owned by vespra.es, which is also responsible for said file.

Filling in the online contact form included in this site or sending emails or other communications with vespra.es, the client explicitly consents the inclusion of their personal data in said automated file owned by vespra.es.

The client may exercise their right of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition under the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, 13th December, on Personal Data Protection and all other applicable legislation to this effect via e-mail to the following email address: info@vespra.es

2. Data collection

The collection of personal data shall be carried out using different forms, that is, the form published on vespra.es that collects client data on the portal exclusively for clients and any other forms through which clients and users transfer their personal data.

3. Professional secrecy

All private communications between vespra.es and clients/users shall be considered confidential. In addition, the information, of whatever nature, exchanged between both parties shall be considered confidential as well as the information that both parties agree to be considered of such nature and the information on confidential information.

4. Transfer of personal information to third parties.

Vespra.es shall not sell, transfer, lend or otherwise transmit its clients' personal data or information to third parties.

5. Changes in Security Policy and Data Protection.

Vespra reserves the right to amend these conditions on security and data protection on a discretionary basis and without prior notice in accordance with Spanish legislation in force on data protection.

Changes affecting the processing of clients' personal data shall be informed via e-mail.
